We take your privacy seriously. In order to provide you with mandatory workplace training, chemical handling protocols, and safety resources, we must collect and store certain personal information. By accessing this site, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information. Take note, your data may be transferred to and processed in international countries that host our secure cloud servers.

What is collected?

• Basic profile details: Full name and email address/employee ID provided when your account is created.
• Usage data: Information about your shift readiness, safety courses, pest control and hygiene certifications, quiz results, and the operational resources you interact with.

How is this information used?

This data is used strictly for employment and operational purposes: to provide you access to safety courses, track mandatory compliance training (such as safe chemical handling and equipment usage), manage shift readiness for our pest control and cleaning services, and communicate important company updates to you.

How long is my data stored?

Because this platform tracks mandatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance and regulated pest control/cleaning certifications, your training records and personal data are stored for the duration of your employment with the company, plus a standard minimum of 3 years following termination, as required by regional labor and environmental safety laws. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be deactivated, but compliance records will be retained securely.

All AI-generated content is reviewed and quality-assured by our training team; however, no automated system is fully error-free.

AI outputs may sometimes contain inaccuracies that require human verification. These tools are intended to supplement—not replace—professional judgement, safety protocols, Chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS), or official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pest control, cleaning, and hygiene services.

Personal information processed by AI-enabled features is handled in accordance with POPIA and regional data protection laws, including data minimisation. Technicians and staff must apply critical evaluation and follow strict company operational protocols when interacting with AI-enabled features. Misuse of AI tools for workplace purposes remains the responsibility of the user.
