Data Protection and Compliance (POPIA rights)
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and SADC regional data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information held by our company.
- Request correction or deletion of personal information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, or out of date.
- Withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data, subject to contractual or legal employment restrictions.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe your personal information has been misused.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse.
You may request access to or correction of your data at any time by contacting your direct Supervisor or our HR Department at kayley@tsfg.co.za.
Take note: requesting the deletion of mandatory safety or pest control certification data may impact your ability to be legally cleared for operational shifts.
